Less than a week after signing the contract the work was done. Crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up the properly afterwards. After the roof was done we found one issue, which was due a miscommunication + a unique quirk related to the framing of our house. When we raised this to Frank and Vaughn they immediately offered to redo that section of roof so it was exactly how we wanted it, no questions asked. After initial installation we realised the wrong type of skylight had been fitted, they came back 2 days later no questions asked and went again.
